A blog by two cats who used to live in the same house in Northern Virginia. Unfortunately, they are both no longer with us.

Togetherness

Mom was really hoping that writing this blog would bring us closer together. Actually, we do find that we agree on a lot of things, and that makes her happy. But she doesn't understand why we won't pose for a picture together.

"Don't you want a little photo of you next to your comments when you post on your friends' blogs?" she asks.

Well, if it means that we have to cozy up together, then "NO." She threatens to force us into the same photo by having Dad hold us, but she's hoping that we will pose on our own accord. Maybe some day, but not now.

In the meantime, we can share some togetherness by our Richmond-area cousins, Sophie and Chelsea (What bright lights they have for eyes!)

Sophie and Junie

Sophie and Snowflake the hamster. (Or is that a gerbil?) Mom can't remember. We've never met the fellow, and we don't know that he would survive the encounter if we did. He's black with a bit of white on him in case you wondered about the name.

So, Mom, is that enough togetherness for you?

The 4 of us wouldn't pose for a profile picture either. Finally Mom gave up and made a composite header with one of each of us put into a big picture.
