Guess Who's Almost a Teenager?
PSST! My annoying baby brother (who thinks he's some kind of "man cat") is turning 13 next week. His birthday is Tuesday, March 27.
Mom plans to dig through our photos this weekend to find some of his baby pictures. Since she doesn't have a scanner, she'll have to take them to Kinko's or somewhere else to digitize them so she can post them here.
Do you think I have to get him a present? I don't think he deserves one from me.

P.S. Mom thanks everyone for the recent birthday wishes. This year's birthday was low key, but next year, when she turns 50, she may have to have a big bash.

Happy almost birthday Jake. If your mom doesn't want to go someplace to digitize the pictures, she can take a picture of the picture. Just zoom in so the picture fills the whole frame and snap the pic. It works pretty well. I did this for one of my friends 90th birthday party and the pictures turned out really well. It works best with natural light. I ended up putting the pictures on the floor, and stood over them to take the picture. Hope that helps.

I had better mark this on my calendar so I don't miss the big day on Tuesday. Bathsheba, I think you should give Jake a little present. Maybe you could be extra-special-nice to him on his big day, that would be a great present!
I, Belicia, never get my doggie sister, Tzeitel, birthday gifts. She gets so much attention from our human Mommy that I figure I give to her all year long.
Precious is a very annoying little girl! She just turned one, so I suppose that makes her seven??? That is why she follows me efurrywhere and cries if she can't find me.
I think a present might be nice.

Bathsheba a little tip. If you have a digital camera, try to take a picture of your non-digital picture. Mum has done it for some old pictures and it worked OK.

I put a list of the equal human years last month on my blog I guess.
But I prefer to count for myself cat years ! So he and me are 13 years old ! Happy birthday to us !
