Mancats need BIG water dishes!
This morning was exquisitely beautiful here on the first day of meteorological fall in Virginia. Mom and I hung out on the deck. She watched the birdies and did some pondering. I
napped as a proper mancat is supposed to do. Mom enjoyed watching those hummingbirds for me. As
William said, they aren't worth the effort of hunting because there's not much to them.

That is a great water dish! I'm impressed.
Hey that looks even bigger than our water dish. Outside water always tastes much better don't you think?
You have a purrty garden Jake. We don't have hummingbirds here in the UK (except in zoos) so I have never seen any.
I am very impressed with your waterdish! It seems very suitable for a big Mancat like you,Jake.
That's one big water dish, Jake!
We like watching the hummers, but William is right...not much to them.

I saw one today. She was buzzing and hovering and staring right outside my window! I think she was mad because there was no nectar left in the feeder. I'm pretty sure she said, "When the heck is your mom going to put something out for us?"

Just wonderful!!!
Especially during this time of the year I'm jealous of your outside wanderings.
