Jake and Bathsheba

A blog by two cats who used to live in the same house in Northern Virginia. Unfortunately, they are both no longer with us.

Wednesday Welcome

Hi, Mom! Welcome home from your long day at work.

I need dinner - now!

~Jake
P.S. Dudes! Don't listen to Bathsheba. She's just a crabby old lady cat, even if she does have interesting colors and extra freaky toes.

Oh, Jake, my mom says you look so sweet sitting there waiting patiently (or impatiently as the case may be)!

She made you wait so she could take a picture? How RUDE! I say you deserve some extra food for that.

Who wouldn't LOVE an outstanding greeting like yours, Jake? You're enthusiastic AND easy on the eyes (but I'm biased, of course)!

The Big Thing says there is nothing like a cat to greet him when he returns to the cave after being away any time. I am always at the top of the stairs, and LC is waiting next to the Big Chair.
